2 days to certify your FCC Form 471!

Deadline Reminder!
The FCC Form 471 Filing Window for Funding Year (FY) 2017 closes this Thursday, May 11 at 11:59 PM EDT – that’s two days away!
Some applicants may have recently received an EPC News feed item that indicated a filing window close date of June 1, 2017. This notification was sent in error. The Filing Window will still close May 11 at 11:59 PM EDT.
If you need assistance filing your FCC Form 471 application, please do not hesitate to call (844-423-7283) or email (GaE-rate@usg.edu). Another resource is USAC’s Client Service Bureau (CSB). CSB will be open additional hours (8:00 AM EDT – 10:00 PM EDT) through the close of the filing window to assist applicants with any issues they may encounter. You can reach CSB at 888-203-8100.
Generally, CSB has the highest call volumes during the following hours:
- Weekday mornings from 11:00 AM through 12:00 PM EDT
- Weekday afternoons from 2:30 PM through 3:30 PM EDT
