Thursday is the Form 471 Deadline!

Deadline reminder! The FY 2018 Form 471 Filing Window closes this Thursday, March 22 at 11:59 PM EDT – that’s 3 days to the deadline! Remember, a Form 471 is the form you use to request E-rate funding. You must have a signed contract before filing a Form 471 and this form must be filed every year. The GA E-rate team is here to assist with any last-minute questions or concerns. The best way to reach us is through email GaE-rate@usg.edu but you can also call (844-423-7283).
Also, USAC’s Client Service Bureau (CSB) will work extended hours through the close of the Filing Window and can be reached at (888-203-8100). Generally, CSB has the highest call volumes 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM ET and 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM ET. Here is last week’s News Brief that addresses some common filing window questions.
