Good morning,
USAC is hosting a webinar today, May 23 at 3:00 PM EDT to discuss the FCC Form 486. This is the form you file after you receive a Funding Commitment Decision Letter (FCDL). The most important thing to remember when filing the Form 486 is – DO NOT check every box on the form! The two most common errors on FY2017 FCC Forms 486 were 1.) checking the Early Filing box when the applicant is not filing early and 2.) checking the CIPA Waiver box when the applicant is not eligible for a CIPA waiver. Here are some more tips for filing the FCC Form 486.
